The Vanguard Artist Advance Sheet
We are looking forward to your show! first You’ll need to sign our advance sheet outlining general information, tech and logistics. Let's all get on the same page and prepare for a successful performance.
Venue House Rules
We prefer to minimize front of house and loud stage noise during the dinner period of 5:00pm and 7:00pm. If possible, arrange your arrival/load-in/sound check within those parameters. Typically bands arrive by 3:00pm and complete sound check by 5:00pm. We have a fully operational restaurant and pub and are unable to conduct sound checks with an empty venue. Lunch and/or dinner patrons will be in the venue during sound check. Coordinate with your designated sound engineer in the days leading up to your performance to schedule sound check times and logistics.
THE USE OF THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTION ELEMENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
Smoke/Fog Machines, Confetti, Pyrotechnics/Fire, Balloons.
Repairing property damages caused by the use of the above production elements will be the responsibility of the artist.

If you self-mix your in-ears, let your engineer know your method for doing that so they can make sure the appropriate connectors/splitter, snake etc are in place to FOH. If you upload the M32-Q IOS/android APP for phone or Ipad, We can provide the log in info to connect to our foldback pages.
Load in
Artists are permitted to load equipment in anytime after the venue opens at 11:30 a.m. The load in entrance for the inside stage is located at the back of the building (east facing side). There is a ramp leading up to a stage entrance door. If the door is locked upon arrival, come in the front and a team member will open it.
Parking
One touring or equipment hauling vehicle is permitted to stay parked behind the venue near the load in entrance. For acts with multiple vehicles, the additional vehicles can temporarily park near the load in entrance for moving gear during load in and load out. After load in, additional vehicles must be moved to the Randolph Street Parking lot linked below. If there’s a bus or large vehicle that needs power, please provide the appropriate power connectors and at least 50 feet of cable to get to our receptacles. Please do not block the thru-traffic lane behind the building in the event emergency vehicles need access. OUR PARKING LOT GATE GETS LOCKED AFTER HOURS. ANY VEHICLES IN THE LOT AFTER THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS WILL BE LOCKED IN UNTIL WE OPEN THE FOLLOWING DAY.
