The Vanguard Brewpub & Distillery is hosting its 3rd beer dinner featuring a seasonal four-course menu paired with new beer releases as well as old favorites from The Vault! Come toast the season with The Vanguard.

Our Head Chef and Head Brewer/Distiller will be there to introduce and describe each pairing! Vegetarian option available. Please email info@thevanguard757.com if you or a guest requires the vegetarian option.

MENU

  • COURSE ONE - paired with Belgian Tripel 

    • Cheese board including house-cured & smoked salmon

  • COURSE TWO - paired with Chad's Abbey (Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dubbel)

    • Roasted Oyster & Brie Bisque

  • COURSE THREE - paired with Snap Guns IPA

    • Roasted root vegetable salad featuring purple & golden beets, carrots, turnips with charred shallot vin, goat cheese, confit of pearl onions and Arctic char caviar

  • COURSE FOUR - paired with Bourbon Distiller's Scotch Ale

    •  Braised bone-in short rib over turnip and parsnip puree with roasted fingerling potatoes topped with house-made Scotch Ale jus

  • COURSE FIVE - paired with Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

    • Classic New York style cheese cake with macerated strawberries and BBA stout whipped cream
